Cricket To Appear in 2012 Olympics?
Who's up for cricket making an appearance in the Olympics! Don't all put your hands up at once! But I'm up for it. There's enough quality pitches in the southern half of England to make it a possibility for the 2012 London Olympics! And now it's been reported that cricket has gained official recognition from the International Olympic committee then you could say we're almost there! Cricket2012Games.com has an online petition to get cricket into the 2012 Olympics.England is the birthplace of cricket its only right that cricket should be reintroduced. Additionally the 25% of the world's popoulation in the
"South Asian" countries are underrepresented in the Olympics,this is the IOC's chance to make things right.
